I am passionate about food and do the cooking myself. Particular specialities from my renowned menu include, for example,
platter of fresh fish straight from the lake,
game in autumn and
vegetarian menus by request.
My grandparents conceived and built the Hotel de la Plage and they, my parents and I have run it ever since. It is not just a business but the very heart of our family. We want to you feel part of that family and enjoy meals that will tempt you back again.
