Beautifully located, with its private beach lapped by the waters of Lake Geneva, the «Hôtel de la Plage» is like a traditional Alpine lodge - but by the seaside!

It was Jean-Luc Delachaussée's grandparents who, in 1928, built the hotel right in front of the Dent d'Oche, the peak which towers 7200 feet above Thonon, Evian and Lake Geneva itself.

Above all, don't change anything! That's what our regular visitors always say. And we understand them. We have always been careful to preserve the unique charm and authentic character of our hotel, both inside and out.

Jean-Luc takes personal responsibility for the quality of your welcome: a friendly word, a little gesture to please his guests. He is proud to offer a renowned cuisine: platter of fresh fish straight from the lake, for example; game in autumn and vegetarian menus to order.
